I moved out late 2002 after 7 years. Parkshores carefree "bargain-rent" days thru 2000 ended when Uptown Classic Properties purchased the property early 2001. The new owner immediately raised rents promising to improve the property, but only replaced the parking-lot asphalt ( it needed replacement 20 years prior ) and every promise became rumors. Horrible management. Nothing gets done on time.Everytime you have to go and ask them :" please fix this, plese fix that"... dirty place leaking garages.The cars are broken into all the time and the management doesnt do ---- about that.Cops dont even give a crap about drug deals in that place.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
