While the apartment in a whole are good I would still never rent here again. For the quality of the apartments rent is too high, and nothing is included in the utilities. The property manager is one of the worst managers I have ever had to deal with. Or should I say not deal with since he never bothered to answer his phone. It would take days to hear back or we wouldn't even hear back at all....

While these apartments are large, they were dated. Older carpet and utilities. The hallway smelled too. I feel they are way over priced for what you get.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was nice to have a garage and not have to pay any extra money for it. We looked at many apartments in the Appleton area and this was by far the best. We received many compliments from friends and family about how nice the apartment and neighborhood is. Each unit also comes with a washer, dryer and dishwasher, it was nice to have these in our apartment.

This place was amazing! It has all the comforts of a home with extras you would never get in a home, like free Heat and expert maintance. We loved it here but a transfer and buying a home is the only reason why we left. The private entrance made it really feel like a home and thier "Zero" tolerence for noise really keeps the property free from riff raff. We had a lot of problems at our last...
