ALL noise complaints are taken seriously and too many are cause for EVICTION. I have lived here almost six years and have no plans to move anytime soon... not even to the new apartments down the street. Not giving up my view as long as I can keep it. Sleeping out on the deck in the warmer months is like going camping without leaving home... if you remember doing that in your backyard as a kid,...

Very happy here!

I've lived here for over 3 years and I am very happy here. Everything is kept very clean inside and out. The grounds are beautifully kept. I needed maintenance off hours once and they were at my apartment less than 20 minutes after I called! When there is a noise complaint, it is addressed immediately. Their customer service is excellent! Just renewed my lease and plan to be here long term.
