Janet boarded a horse of mine for a few months. She starved her nearly to death. She never let her out of the stall for months on end. The horse came back drugged, abused, and emaciated. If you value you equine partner, don't have anything to do with this woman. Not only is she a terrible horse person, she is vicious, rude, condescending, and full of lies.
