I've stopped in many times over the years, tried numerous treats. The one that stands out the most every time is the pecan horn cookies. That should be the official Williamson 's cookie. It is a little salty, a little sweet, firm but not crunchy....

Williamson’s Bakery was established around 1927 as Blue Bird Bakery. The current owner Perry Williamson’s grandfather started working in the bakery in 1948, and he ended up purchasing it in 1965 from his employer and changed the name to Williamson’s. He sold it in 1997, and since then it has changed hands twice. Perry purchased it in March of 2016.
