This isn't in Belltown. It's in the "Denny Triangle", or as everyone in Seattle actually calls it, lower cap hill. I lived here for two years and loved it. I even got married in the courtyard. if you are into whole foods and AMC theaters, then you will be comfortable here. everything in downtown is walking distance, so that is good...because there is no parking. the apartment is spacious for a one bedroom. the heat works well and plenty of light during the day.
There is no onsite parking but most residents park in a lot about three blocks away. Great location, right downtown. Great residents. It feels more like a dorm than an apartment building.
Great older building. No frills, but clean and quiet. Lovely courtyard. And a great location!
Don't move here, was the worst apartment I've ever lived in my whole life. Was Dirty, dreary, parking situation is non existant. The building is very old and falling apart. Management company is run by bullies, and do not respond to problems unless you call repeatedly, and will treat you like crap if you spit wrong in their apartments.
