Worst office staff I have ever delt with. Rude, incompetent, and all about money. I complained about it after sitting in a lab for 2 hours after paper work was written incorrectly. I have not been able to see anybody in this office. I was very excited to meet the doctor or NPwhen I scheduled my annual check up. I had to wait 1 month for availability but thats ok given the fact that I requested Thursday. They didnt call me to confirme so I called them myself the day of my appointment. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is awful. Totally unorganized, don't answer the phone, won't return calls or give results on time. The front office people are rude. They make you leave a cc on file and oddly my card was compromised three days after that. Hadn't used Oh amyi card since leaving the number there so it had to be their office. Just don't go here!

Dr Epperly and his staff have rescued me from a lifetime of sinus infections and weight gain. I had struggled with undiagnosed Hashimotos thyroiditis only found after it had become a malignant cancer and I had gained 70 lbs.
