I was in and out in my alloted time which I truly appreciated. Pam is delightful as well as a gentle and skilled professional. I appreciated the way she thoroughly explained the problems she found, and working with me on an action plan to resolve them. Also Alisca (sorry for the misspelling) is wonderful at Front Desk -- professional and friendly.
