Unobtrusively tucked back off of Rt. 9 is this gem of a barbeque restaurant. Granted, if you are from the South you won't think it's all that special, but for New England it's pretty darn good. Generous portions, great ribs, pulled pork and probably the best smoked turkey sandwich I've ever had. Very reasonable prices. I'm an admitted craft beer snob - owner Glenn has assembled a great array of predominately locally brewed beers - I love it!! Does a "tap takeover" once a month.

Love the Pulled Pork

Recently tried Wildwood and ordered pulled pork with collard greens. The pork is really tender with just the right amount of smoke for my taste. Good size portion and I took home enough for lunch the next day. The interior is really clean and comfy and would be a good place for families. Outdoor seating looks inviting.

Our meal was really good. The homemade pickles and cole slaw are very good. I liked being able to try the different sauces, especially the daily special sauce. Large portion sizes, too.

We enjoyed our visit to Wildwood Barbecue. They have a great selection of gluten free items (as well as egg free, dairy free or vegetarian/vegan) and the food was very good.
I had fun trying all the different sauces on my pulled pork. I liked the rustic atmosphere and openness of the place. We'll definitely go back the next time...
