Renting with Wild Haven was the worst decision we ever made. They raise the rent every 6 months now that our 1 year lease is up. They don't take care of repairs, and when they do they have very shady maintenance crews -- Wild Haven actually warned me before the guy came that he looks scary! And they are just plain RUDE once you're in a lease with them. Ask around town and they have a horrible...
