Had a very pleasant meal with excellent service at this small restaurant in Tulsa, OK while our daughter attended a concert at the BOK Center. My wife had the grilled swordfish with a deluxe caesar salad and I enjoyed the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and a caeser salad. We shared a creme brule dessert.
The portions are huge...
Ordered catfish sandwich with jalapeño slaw - didn't realize the jalapeño was in name only... the fish was good. Service was slow and sloppy, coffee spilt, water spilt. Not sure I would ever come back.
First if all the ambience is artsy French bistro. They have great windows, good local art, and white table clothes with a welcoming style.
Shanda was an excellent waitress. Definitely ask for her. She was friendly, knowledgeable and just nice. Nice is nice.
They have a good and eclectic wine list. They also have an okay mixed drink list, but...
The Wild Fork is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa! They offer a variety of food, always hard to choose it all is so good. One of my favorites is crab cakes. Their daily specials are always good. Wild Fork is one on the places you can go and never be disappointed.
We left Sunday brunch today without ordering. I don't know if service is better on weekdays, but our many visits on Sundays have always resulted in poor service.
