Wicked Fitness has recently become exclusive; which creates a personal training experience for all who sign up. The power yoga and hot yoga classes worked wonders for me and would recommend Tammy, the owner/instructor to everyone. Tammy also came to our house for water aerobics. We invited a bunch of friends over and Tammy took care of everything else. We now have the class at our place...
