I have always had a pleasant experiences dealing with Wichita Band, and I have been going there and sending my students there for the past 3+ years. The repairman are top notch and they stand by the instruments they sell 100%. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgable, and I have never had any issues such as the ones listed below. The owner is unprofessional, uneducated and turned me down for a simple viola rental at 16.95 a month. My husband makes 100,000 a year and he would not leave his office to speak to me. He was afraid to come out and sent his son to do his dirty work.
