I don't think it should even have a 1 rating. It should be lower. We have been dealing with this company for 3 years now and they have the worst service possible. Most our tv stations are blurry and our Internet goes out at least once a day. At least 3 times a month our Internet is out the WHOLE day. Than when we call all I get is a answering machine and they NEVER get back to me. Don't do...
