I give one star for this store due to their horrible service, their customer representative is horrible. First, they are not friendly. Second, look like they only accept cash, because they dont know how to use their credit card payment machine, so make sure u bring enough cash. Third, this is most important they dont know anything about vision insurance coverage, they sound like u are the one...

He is supposed to go every two years for a regular exam and once a year for medical, as he is a diabetic. Whylie Eye Care did an amazing job for us today! One of the young men we work with broke his glasses. The Store Manager drove to Pella to get him a new pair of frames then took it upon herself to drive to Indianola to fix his glasses personally. 000 stars You need to know how terrible Dr.Powell in Knoxville Iowa is. He is a very rude snot. I had my eyes checked there recentley and it only took him 15 minutes. He didn't do any tests. All he did was flip the glasses thing back and forth twice. He said can you see ok? That was it. Please do something about this. Your biggest mistake was when Dr Gould left.
