Horrible customer service, they want to charge me for misdiagnosing my problem and charged me to fix what they said its the problem and then charge me another service call to replace yet another part that may or may not be the final fix to my issue. I have been buying my chemicals from them for 3 years. They are always
helpful and friendly. Patty knows her business and never tries to over sell
you products. I am very happy with their service and would definitely
recommend them.
