My Mom lived at White Oak for 8 Months, she was very well taken care of, but more importantly she was loved. I will always be grateful for White Oak and the wonderful staff. It is the cleanest, and most well ran Center I have ever been in, and I have visited a lot of Centers as we have been a part of Nursing Home Ministries. this establishment was a very well organized,clean and happy environment, residents were taken care of with sensitivity to thier special needs and i give white oaks of waxhaw an overall rating of 4 1/2 due to its location and the distance it is from hospitals, its just outside 10 miles to get to a hospital
