Returned instrument rental at the end of the school year with a small dent in it from an accidental fall. Was charged $70 even though we had been talked into paying for the monthly insurance with the rental. I was told that it only covers normal wear and tear- not malicious damage. Completely ridiculous for them to expect a 12 year old to not accidentally get a few dents when using it daily. I...

Warning: Do NOT go here. They will actually try to run a real equifax credit report before they even let you SEE an instrument. The store is filthy and hot and their assessed value of their own merchandise is entirely too high. Very hard to get answers to straight forward, simple questions. Certain staff members were quite rude.

Wish there was a zero star option!!! This store is dirty, smelled terrible and had no instruments on display. The salesperson was rude and refused to show us any instruments without our daughter's teacher present. She wouldn't even tell us what brands they carried. Whipkeys is a music store with a wide variety of musical instruments by all the major manufacturers. Sales and rentals of new and used instruments are available. Whipkeys has flutes, clarinets, trumpets, French horns, saxaphones and violins. You can fill out an order form on the website and then fax it to the store. Shipping is also available.
