Overpriced, dirty and was built really cheaply. It's ridiculous you have to pay for parking when there is nowhere else to park (and it's 95 degrees in the garage!). The new staff have made moving out extremely difficult telling me I couldn't use the elevator by my apt and that I couldn't keep the garage open - well how am I supposed to move out?!? I was so excited to move into this complex. But it fell below my expectations. I never could relax between the neighbor dogs and the trains. My security door was broke multiple times. Along with my air, and it's a new building. And, I was told things up front that frankly just weren't true. I'm still waiting to receive my security deposit and it's been almost a month. My girlfriend and I had been looking for a place that was near a train and we stumbled upon 121. Incredible amenities and top notch living space. I had been hesitant to move to Wheaton but what really sold me was the staff. All are very attentive and very nice especially Angie and Kassandra. Highly recommend leasing and if you do, see Kassandra as she will go the extra mile and be very patient...
