Extremely poor cell coverage. Their map said I would have coverage but I did not. They refuse to give me my money back for a month's service (only had their service for 5 days) as I could not either make or receive a call without it getting dropped. They have a great deal right now, but remember these words of wisdom: you get what you pay for...
Stay away.

Bought 3 phones, 3 cases and paid for the first month for all 3. We moved from Verizon to metro pcs to try and get my monthly bill down. We were guaranteed by the guy working the place (and his mom who was hanging out behind the counter) that we would have coverage both where we live and where I work.
