westwind apts 333 nw 6th ave portland oregon 503-222-5657 owner mike and pennie narver i lived there along time they have a ton of bedbugs in this building all the owners say is there apart of life and if you dont like the bugs move the owners do not psy for proffesinal exterminators owners phone # 5035386567
