Westville is a great place to live. As amenities there is a on site gym with decent equipment, multi purpose game room with pool table and occasionally events in the complex. I have a 1 bedroom which is a nice size. Each apt has a dishwater, microwave, washer, dryer and central AC. You have your own key fob to enter the parking garage and your building so it is very safe (huge perk in new...

An overpriced mess. They can't get enough tenants and now are planning to rent one entire building to the University of new Haven for a swing dorm.

Cheap place full of NHU students...it s a dorm not an apt. complex for young professionals.
On the end they will take the whole deposit and charge you for the whole carpet replacement...never mind if the place has 1 stain...they will change all rooms...and you pay for the whole place!?
And there is no place for your guests to park...none!

I moved from Maryland and it was wonderful the way Amber made my move so easy. She sent me everything in the mail and gave me all the information about the apartment. She waited for me later then office was open so that I could spend my first night in CT in my new apartment. I love it!! It was bigger than I imagined and I had room for everything I brought and room for more to buy!
