I have only been at Westview Acres since April and I haven't had any problems, they keep the area clean and great security. I highly recommend Westview Acres to anyone that is looking to move.
I've really enjoyed my time here. Rent is very reasonable, especially considering how close the metroparks are and how safe the neighborhood is. Everything around the Cleveland area feels pretty close to Westview, but not encroaching like a more expensive apt downtown would be.
live there for 1 yr that was enough! heating bill (gas) will kill you! new windows leak like crazy!!! they just want the rent!!! Ithink they are section 8!!?? rent 1-bedroom 470.00 with there so called sewer charge/ heating bill ran on low end 80.00 month thermostat keep at 65% and 2layers of plastic on windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not worth over $500.00 in that dumpy area!!!!!!!!!!
