Very thorough prior to surgery. No post op care, or phone call. Nothing but the bill. Now Im over a month out from surgery and still having issues with surgery site pain. If I had it to go over Id go somewhere else where I felt like someone cared if my outcome was good.
He didn't want to use medication to relieve some issues. Instead we did 2 "oscopy's". Biopsy's came back negative. I still have unaddressed issues. I was told to go back to my general Dr. or go see a GI specialist. And that he nothing else he could do for me. On top of that, it took several weeks of phone tag with his nurse just to get this far. Don't expect him to call you, he won't.
Dr. Etter was very professional but also very personable. Office nurse, Denise, is a great asset to the practice. Other staff in the office as well as the group that cared for me in the outpatient area at West Park Hospital were all friendly but professional. Would not hesitate to return to either facility.
It was apparent he was very capable and competent. A very important thing he gave me was hope. I really needed that.
Getting my tonsils removed and the nurses are extremely nice and have a great sense of humor!
