They have a nice clubhouse and show a nice model but they don't show your actual place until the day you move in. After signing pages and pages of rental contract I found myself living in a cold small basement. Cheap carpet and patch holes all over the walls. The deposit is cheap but when you leave they keep it and charge you ALOT more. Don't rent here!

Moved in almost a year ago after a disastrous 6 month apartment hunt. At the time I was excited about moving in as this place was semi affordable for the area and close to work and all the places I like to shop and eat at, but, alas it slowly has been going sour since then. Love my apartment! Cannot ask for a better location - quiet, even though next to a busy street. Close to schools, dining, shopping, entertainment, work, and highways. Friendly and courteous staff and maintenance crew.
