To be fair, the installation of my Mitsubishi split-system went well a couple years ago. However, the unit has stopped blowing cold air and I called them 2 days ago to notify them of the situation and their response? They just called me back to schedule a technician for ONE WEEK after my initial call. It is 90 degrees outside and they can not get a tech to my house in less than ONE WEEK? BUYER...
