Westminister manor-
1) Very poor value for the money
2) minimal "assistance" other than meal service. My aunt was too sick to come to dinner one night and called to get a menu and dinner, but they let her go hungry...
3) too much trouble for nurses to take blood pressure on a regular basis, so her daughter, the nurse has to look in on her every other day.
