It's a multi-concept business. Need a hotel? Okay AND under per diem (it's not higher Saturday than Monday). Need an apartment-no lease? Okay! Moving to Oak Ridge, but don't want to be rushed into that "no so dreamy house"? Okay! Mother-in-law coming? Okay! Take her to WestGate and hang out there with her, grill by the pool! They seem to have a very unique business model. The units are quiet, very clean, and much more ample than even your standard Extended Stay. I was very happy there. I was also far enough away from traffic, but close enough to drive to Wal-Mart and Kroger should I needed anything. Perfect.
