On 6/9/13 my fiance and I were given a lavish presentation of WESTGATE RESORTS and promised all sorts of things, we made the mistake and signed the contract WITHOUT given a down payment! When I called on 6/21/13, to cancel the contract due to investigating further and being unhappy with locations, acommediations, and true cost of vacationing they said I couldn't due to over passing the 5 day...

Westgate resorts is being sued by a ton of customers, and even employees. Take a long look at the list that continues to get longer by the day. Google "westgate lawsuit" and read the material. It's amazing how david siegel and his son richard siegel have been not struck by lighting yet. If your looking to buy a timeshare from westgate i would consult your attorney first

The rooms were fine itA?AcentA?AA?As just the location I had a problem with. It is too far from the strip or even down town. Every time I wanted to do something the taxi ride would be at least $20 one way.
