very bad experience

VERY bad experience. Kept me waiting 6 1/2 hours.Not fixed AT ALL.. Charged me more than estimated. Kept my engine cover. Had to go back to get it. Went thru BBB to get refund, then had to wait almost 2 months after they agreed to send it.

Please don't let the secret get out, but these mechanics are honest and get the work done at a fair price. We've brought our cars here for years and they've done a great job maintaining them....
