WORST customer service EVER. EVER. You wait 2 and a half hours THEN another 30 minutes after they call you. If I could I'd give them nothing. I changed and I'm never coming back here again.
This is the worst Dental Office! They're not Sanitary, you wait 3-4 hours only to have nothing done!! I'm not quit sure where they get the Doctors from!!!! Horrible!
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. My daughter had an early cavity 6 months agao and we were told to wait until now to fill it. All 3 kids had appointments scheduled for tomorrow and they called saying the planned to be too busy and could I come in anothrr day instead. I already took off work for this appointment. We have now gone somewhere else.
Worst place ever. Appointments don't mean anything and the people who work here are idiots. Worst customer service ever. If you make an appointment just for a cleaning, plan on 3 hours.
