This property was my worse experience renting and the buildings should be torn down. From holes in the walls, leaking sinks, mice, roaches, and trash constantly outside, as well as over flowing dumpsters, you have to consider what you want your family to live in. Maintenance patches problems but for as much work as the property needs it is a never ending battle and the management company will...

There is really wrong with the neighborhood. But the apartment kitchen I feel need a bit of a up date. you have a old stove and and a small fridge. I also feel that the wall layout could of been better but thats just in my opinion. and we have vents for central air but there is no central air so no I wonder what its really for.

I have been in Westbrook for a year now. The rent is cheap it'squiet & neighbors are friendly. I just wish they would hire better maintenance guys who actually complete work orders. I have had several repairs repairs swept under the rug. I will most likely resign my lease because overall it is a great community.

I lived here for over ten years, It was nice at first but now since the new owners, they do not fixed things any more. It not a secure place to live. They do not kept the landscape up or pick up trash. They have all type of bugs. The maintenance personnel are bootleg, they half fix things and sloppy. However,the bedrooms are big and spacious but need more closet space. The rent is very cheap.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago and have had my apartment sprayed for roaches 3 times already. I'm fed up. They won't pay for a real exterminator to come treat the house and they are insistent that the spray will work filling my home with chemicals and not solving the problen at all. I wish the property would do more about the pest problem.
