Despite the horrible reviews from renters, which I have not experienced, this place is not that bad. Do not waste your time going here!!
My parents have lived here for almost 7 yrs. & the park just keeps going down hill!! When you drive through you think you are in the ghetto! Punks walk the streets at all hours, people let their kids & animals run wild in your yard & everyone elses!

Stay away! park is overpriced and ghetto, they tell you your rent will be one price and that your water bill will be 35.00-50 every three months, the water is bill added on every month for my husband and I we pay 50.00 a month which is added to our rent, we have asked for a detailed bill, and they said (without saying) that they only get one bill, so basically you are paying for the ghetto...
