We intended to drop our two Labrador Retrievers off today at this kennel, but after meeting and interacting with the owner, refused to leave our dogs here, ever come back, or ever recommend this...

These are the rudest people I have ever met. She was very matter of fact on the phone, no pleasantness what so ever. I was very uneasy about leaving him there and even though we supplied his normal food, he had bowel distress the entire day and night when we brought him home. Never again, I should've gone with my gutt feeling. It was clean I give them that.
