Since I purchased my aids at the West Shore Hearing Center over two years ago, there have been multiple problems – not only with the aids themselves, but with poor customer service, lack of apathy, and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff.
There are times when I had to call at least a dozen times to reach someone, which is something I experienced quite often, turning a minor inconvenience into a major headache. When I received the answering machine, the calls would go unreturned.
I also had to make several unexpected stops to the office to deal with problems with the hearing...
