Went to Warren Pa on a trip. As an ex Pizzaria owner I wanted to taste some local food and asked the clerk at the hotel where to get a good pizza. West End was her suggestion. Well.... The food is not the problem with west end takeout. They seem to pride themselves on the worst customer service ever. We use to play a game in our family...how long would we stay on hold trying to order food. The record is 18 minutes. We added a new twist the last time we called. They never placed us on hold. They just set the phone down. I listened to them place one other line on hold...

This is the best non-franchise pizza in Warren. Nothing fancy just darn good food all around. Very well priced. I've eaten here for years. No tables just take out and delivery. My only wish is that they stay open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights. That really bugs me because I work late. Oh well. I recommend West End...

I am a fan of this place the food is always good and great people to take your order! I particularly like the hot and tangy wings (not hot at all) a big favorite and the steak wraps with just a few jalapeno's, smoking deal!
