The people in the office don't know what the hell they are doing. How long does it take to get an authorization? We've been waiting for over a year and a half now. They need to hire competent people.

Worst experience ever! This office sends out coupons in the Penny Saver offering half off dental work so my 78 year old Mom who is on a fixed income went to this office.
