Poor management

Arrived for SCHEDULED MRI @ 10:00am. Lobby full of people. Front desk personnel seemed very lost. After 1/2 hour, she stated to me "They were working on my case."After another 1/2 hours, she said they were still working on my case. She than called my to the desk and said my appointment was for the clearwater branch. I asked for paperwork back and showed it it was clearly marked with a huge x...
