I was a resident at Wesley Park for a year. I had issues from the very beginning. After our walk through a list was made by the staff for all the issues we had in our apartment. I was told that maintenance would take care of these issues that week. That never happened. In January the apartment above us flooded which also flooded our apartment. I wouldn't advise no one to move here they are raising people rent cause of some school getting built. They show no concerns for the tentants meaning no parties or thank you's from the staff like most apartments do for paying all this high rent. All they can do is smile in your face and take your money. Another thing to keep in mind is they don't have flat rate water.
