Wentworth and Sloan, Inc. were contracted by me to repair my Omega Speedmaster. What should have been a simple reattachment of a loose dial hand resulted in a completely broken chronometer. The manager/owner and watch repairman insisted that the chronometer was broken when I brought the watch in, which is false. The service I requested was only to reattach the loose dial hand, and nothing more....
