Tonight I had one of the worst drive thru experience - ordering was okay & payment was okay. The pick up window, 100% no. The older gentleman in a black, cloth mask slammed the frosties on the counter. He gathers the rest of the order & hands me a frosty. I asked for a drink tray saying please. He snatched the frosty from my hand, grabs a tray & shoves them into it with clear attitude. I say...
