Way too slow they really take a long time to process your order and you can see they have NO system. They show that they are overwhelmed and don't know what to do to speed up the process. Waited...

Server stopped taking orders to chat to colleague then walked off at some point even though there was a long line. When I did get food there was no line but trash on floor. Staff just walked by it. Note, this store was not short...

Cold, overcooked fries. Yuck. Girl scooping fries/making food with no gloves. Yuck. Same girl dumping previously scooped fries back to the other fries and rescooping. Yuck yuck yuck.

This Wendy's is just across the street from the Westfarms Mall, to the north. True the the roots of the square-hamburger chain founded in 1969 by Dave Thomas, it offers old-fashioned hamburgers, chicken, fish, salads, baked potatoes, fries and Frostys. The Farmington Wendy's supports many charities, such as the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, Wendy's Wonderful Kids and more.
