Went to Wendy's east haven and left due to bunch of flies over by the condiments manager said oh I'm sorry, got my $ back and took off.

served me raw meat and the manager tried to make some lame excuse about the grill and not the fact his employees are incompetent

Forget the rest area, stop here. It's literally right off the highway with quick access on and off. Nice, clean, friendly. It's a Wendy's so there are the usual selections. I'm not a fast food guy but this does the trick when you're traveling, so...

Sadly have to give Wendy's a 3 star because I rarely review the food as much as I review the service for the simple reason that I'm not so arrogant to feel entitled to professionally judging food...
