Money TAKEN, Someone Else's deposited into mine!

I don't know where to even begin with this Wells Fargo at this location. I've been an account holder for nearly 7 years and when I moved I turned to the Wells Fargo downtown because it's conviently located. HUGE mistake! Within the first two months of being at this location, $400 was deposited into my account and it was $400 of someone elses hard earned money! Wells Fargo never even noticed it either! I called the bank and informed them of their mistake and they said they hadn't even noticed!!! That's REAL reassuring when you are handling other peoples' money. They fixed that and I thought all was fine. Then $50 came up missing from my account via the ATM. I had not used the ATM at all in nearly a month and a half. Called Wells Fargo and told them that I was missing money and if they truly believed I had withdrawn the money on that date, check their cameras that they have outside. Their response to me was this 'Sometimes the ATM makes a mistake like that. Wells Fargo has nothing to do with the ATM so we can't refund you your money'. Didn't offer to help work with me or anything. Just wrote me off...Now, the incident to make it the last straw so-to-speak, I was over charged by a company and they admitted it was their mistake and refunded my money. Wells Fargo over drafted me due to the over charge made. by the company. I called Wells Fargo and was reassured I'd have half of my check available yesterday morning. I signed on as soon as I awoke and discovered they not only went ahead and paid the over draft fees and over charges but froze my account as well. There are no pending transactions, as I even checked for that. Everything is posted. I was informed I'd receive all my money tomorrow. I've already had money come amiss in my account, was told I'd receive it yesterday only for them to freeze it instead and now promised tomorrow. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I've NEVER had this issue with at any other location BUT the downtown Fairhope one. Terrible customer service/hospitality and they aren't willing to work with you on anything.
