The staff here in this Scarsdale Wachovia branch are rude and extremely customer unfriendly. The manager is even ruder. I have seen her treating customers with rude comments. The branch also discriminates against people of color, old and very young. I am person of color. One day I was waiting patiently to see the manager for more than thirty minutes.
