Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen by a banker in order to get a refund. The only reason why I need to get a refund is because the bank had promised me to give me a refund amount 3 months ago, but...

ALWAYs slow. Have to wait in line a minimum of 4 minutes. Some the older tells are impolite. Have to show ID even when I have deposits. The bankers are reaaly nice, but the teller service is awfull.

I can honestly say that 99% of my banking is online and electronically, so I very rarely need to go to the bank to deposit a check, visit the ATM, etc. What gives this bank such a good score is...
