I completed a pre-approval for a new home mortgage with Wells Fargo, sent two follow up emails asking for a decision, but was totally ignored and never recived an answer. I would think even if the answer was NO, a lender of this magnitude would at least send a letter or email of explanation. To be totally ignored is extremely unprofessional and really makes me wonder about their business...

This is the second time around where I am requesting for assistance with the unethical practices of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I was part of the class action law suit a few years back with them for robo signing and trying to take my home from me. Recently I have come into a slight financial hardship and now Wells Fargo is trying to keep me from becoming current. I applied for the HAMP program...

In 1999 I bought my home with a 15yr. fixed mortgage rate @ 5.3% interest rate.
In 2003 the interest rate went down  to 4.75 so I refinanced the loan again with Wells Fargo.
The scam is the bank sent overnight mail for signature.
What was not told to me was that my mortgage would then be 18yr. instead if 15yrs.
I would never increase my debt three years nor pay a payment another three...

liar? i think not . the evidence is clear. i have it on recorded tape of them lieing "send nothing ur fine"

wow gotta love how rude some people can be about sombody elses dire situation. i had wells fargo pull the same line of bullsh*t with my husband and i ! make the down paymen , then the next 3 payments . then they lie to you and tell you not to send anything in to them while under their review process . we fell behind due to my work injury . i serious disabling hip injury that required surgery...
