They seem to only ever have the Commercial Account drive through lane open so you always have to go into the lobby.

Then when you get in the lobby, there's a line of people waiting for service...

This location always has issues. Most of the time when I go in the lobby there are 5-6 people working behind the counter and only 1 actually helping customers. Drive through is closed these days...
