Opened an account told was free with no charge as long as i have direcr deposit. Half truth, deposits must be a certain amount i was lied to by the staff, and they failed to correct the issue ....

As far as banks go, this branch is not bad. It's usually not crowded, clean and has friendly staff. This is not a bad bank to go with, but everyone has their favorites.
