We have an auto loan at this bank, I do not recommend this bank to anyone. When I would go through the window to pay on this loan they always try to get you to do get you to open an account with them, so I pay my bill on line. I'm going to move our auto loan to our bank at DuPont Credit Union where people are actually nice. Wells Fargo harasses you when you enter their bank, if you do not have...

If you are trying to get out your available balance don't deal with Christine or Rhonda cause you won't get it. While I'm standing in the bank awaiting on the 'agreed withdrawal amount' I checked my phone to see what they could possibly be debating only to find they 'gave me' 5000.00 and then reversed the 5000.00 with no acceptable explanation. Watch out for those two! You will leave empty...
